Orders are processed and shipped out within up to 5 business days, depending on availability of stock. All orders are subject to a processing time that is separate from the time it takes for a shipment to reach its destination by our carrier. Business days are Monday to Friday. Our shipments are handled by Canada Post and Fedex. We offer Regular Tracked Mail (Up to 5 Business Days) and Expedited Tracked (Up to 3 Business Days). Fedex Express deliveries will be 1-3 business days, depending on the recipient location. This does not include the processing time. International shipments have a shipping delivery time of 4-7 business days. Shipping costs are flat rate and non-refundable.

Real Foreigns is not responsible for any customs, duties or taxes incurred on the order.

We will try our best to fulfill shipment times, but there may be delays. Tracking information along with shipping times by Canada Post are estimated delivery times. In the time busy holiday seasons, we are expecting delays to occur during these times. The shipment and delivery time frames can vary depending on conditions of weather, destinations, customs and holidays.

Please provide accurate and complete shipping addresses. This includes street number, street name, unit number (if applicable), city, province/state, country and postal code. Real Foreigns is not responsible for packages that are shipped to the wrong address in the case that the shipping information provided is inaccurate.

Shipments that go missing or are not delivered are not the responsibility of Real Foreigns. Please contact the carrier to resolve shipping issues for an investigation of the package.

Our Return Policy

We all change our minds some times! Please read below for our Real Foreigns Returns Policy.

Returns can be made only for hair that has been unused, unworn and in its original condition. The packaging seal must be intact and unopened. Real Foreigns allows for 10 days to return any item from when it is delivered. Returns will not be accepted if it has been over a period of 10 days.

We do not accept refunds of hair that is opened from it's original packaging or used in any way.

Please include your order number, name and reason for return with the email subject "RETURN". A return request must be made within 72 hours of receiving the package. Real Foreigns reserves the right to decline return requests made after 72 hours of the customer receiving the package.

Real Foreigns does not provide return labels. The customer is responsible for the shipping costs to return any items. Please use a trackable delivery service for your return package.

Refunds can be administered once the hair has been returned and checked for originality. Refunds will be made on the original payment method. It may take several days for the payment to reflect, depending on the financial institution.
